Style in Noise

There is a Malay saying that it is not winning the game that matter but it is the style.

If we understood this South East Asian sensibility you immediately understand what air conditioning is all about.

We never quite only ate Tandoori in Little India, we indulged in an air condition environment. Arguably this element in South East Asia allowed use to work another 6 hours.

 

We however have not still instill a four season ( not the hotel ) sensibility in our psyche.
