From 1968, Italy gave you Diabolik. Here Ennio made hip music the likes of Serge Gainsbough  and  Burt Bacharach:

The movie was directed by Mario Bava during the age of psychedelia the movie was merticulously made based on a comic character. Although hisexpenditure was impressive, he got really tired working this film and never made the sequel to this movie. Sex, money betrayal and Jaguars !
