Panayiotis Kokoras born 1974 is Greek and studied composition as well as classical guitar. He holds a PHD in Music at the University of York, England. One again, you listen to abused guitar. Almost like a dog scratching the fleas out, Louis Goldford is a composer of acoustic and mixed music whose works often draw inspiration from auditory illusion, transcription, and psychoanalysis (or whatever that seems to be). Mostly the abuse happens on brass instruments like saxophone and trombones, he has a PHD in Musical Arts from Columbia University.

Mehdi Hosseini is from Iran was born in 1979, so he is not a really old person as in dead. He makes music for large orchestra, chamber orchestra, voice, solo piano and various ensembles and has been performed and recorded. Jon Christopher Nelson born in 1960 is a Professor at the University of Texas handling Experimental Music and Intermedia. Again he has worked with large ensembles and choirs.
